By theoretical analysis and empirical research on Guanggu and Zhongguancun, this article analyzes the affecting factors of the talent attraction force. And this article also study how to evaluate the industrial cluster’talent attraction force.
本文以武漢光谷、北京中關村等產業(yè)集群為研究對象,采用理論分析和實證研究相結合的方法,對產業(yè)集群人才引力的影響因素以及產業(yè)集群人才引力的評價進行了系統(tǒng)研究。
